    In the first place there is no such place as Lakebay ..this...

    In the first place there is no such place as Lakebay ..this was in Grapeview (not quite as romantic a name is it?) Where is that I could have found out that Booking.com rated it 3 out of 5. The only rating we were able to see is 9.0 ! The description on the website says 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - in fact it has ONE bedroom (this is only disclosed in the confirmation email AFTER we had paid) This is definitely misleading conduct - can I seek a refund? The second 'bathroom 'is in fact a second TOILET only - no shower, no bath. You need to provide more accurate information
