Walking around in the small local towns. Best meals I had were at Piazza D'Angelo's in Mill Valley and the Garden Cafe in San Rafael. I think its best to rent a car to drive through all the local towns in the area. My favorite spot was the McNear's Beach.Guest review byAnonymous

The pool and outdoor sitting areas were very nice. It is next to a small shopping area with lots of shops which was great. The ferry to San Francisco is less than 2 minutes away. We did eat in the Bistro which offered healthy meals. The landscaping around the hotel is beautiful and the late winter vegetation is in bloom.
