I loved the fact that it is "away from civilization", but still have good conveniences. The owners are very nice and accommodating, and make sure that you are felt welcome. If you're looking to spend some time away from the hustle of daily life, this is a great place to do so.

The Historic Leakey Inn is set in Leakey and has a bar and barbecue facilities.

Convenient location for my needs. Quiet, away from traffic, nestled cabin-like room. Rustic amenities, extremely clean, perfect lodging. Left 0530, can't rate a brkfst that I didn't have

The place was so cute. I loved the books used as decorations. We could see the river and the park area from our room. It was a wonderful and peaceful stay.

Exceptional place to stay. The cabin is amazing, the location is amazing and the staff amazing. So nice to sit outside and enjoy the BBQ whilst having a cold beer. A highly recommended place to stay and observe nature. Prime location to stay at if you plan to ride the Twisted Sisters.

Large space. Much better inside than it appeared from the outside. Liked the pond and of course the "lookout" atop the hill with the view. Loved the privacy. So nice to have washer and dryer as well.
