That hotel was the dirtiest hotel. I've ever walked into. It was not vacuumed for days. The bath tub was filthy. The bed had c*** all in the sheets. It was disgusting. I'm in a contact the health department. Since you're not doing anything to replace the pain and suffering. The room had a strong chemical smell. The GM indicated three other rooms had similar complaints. The GM assisted in finding a room at a different hotel and indicated he would refund the room once we emailed the receipt from the new hotel. He lied. They have 24/7 staff which makes it easy to check in if you are coming in late. All of the staff was very nice and helpful. They made you feel at home and not like you were bothering them if you had a question or a concern. I would book there anytime I was in Lewisville. It could have been better if I had not come there. I'm 62 ( senior)and allergic to dogs . I'm from Chicago and really didn't know what I was doing and was getting the help fr a VERY nice budget car rental manager. (Unlike your manager.) She book it for on booking .com and I didn't know it was sooooo far fr the airport. I ask If I could cancel or move my reservation to the same hotel but closer. ( really early meeting) And was told it's up to the manager and he said NO, HOW RUDE. Also I'm have allergies to dogs. It was dog all over the lobby on the furniture and walking all a lone . A small dog was almost attacked by a huge dog that look like a cow. Too much I didn't not check in and left went to another TRU and had a excellent experience excellent. Ps. There are no significant attractions (that I'm aware of) in Lewisville itself, but the location makes it a winner because of the proximity to everything else on the north side between Dallas and Ft Worth (especially the airport).
