United StatesWe wanted a place to stay to go and see the total solar eclipse. This place was about 3 hours away from where we wanted to be, which was perfect for us. The price was excellent, especially compared to what other hotels were charging around the date of the eclipse. Everything was spotlessly clean, staff was kind and polite, and it was dog friendly!

Love the city of Lincoln!
Love the city of Lincoln! Coming here for years - nice to see all the changes each time. Great places to eat - the Gast Coffee Haus for coffee "and" I am so happy its flourishing. Lots of Lincoln "stuff" to see - attended banquets at the American Legion always a wonderful place - staff is excellent. Route 66 is well marked (3 alignments) and the Train Depot is a great use of space! Nice to see the changes at the Mill museum. Good bar food all around and a nice schedule of events year round! Never leave without goodies from the Russell Stove outlet store - great selection of sugarless and sugared candy. The ice cream choices were huge! The hotel/motel was the worst part of our trip. We didn't stay there because it was nothing like the pictures they have on their website. The Bookings.com rating is completely wrong on this Motel! They show a 4 star motel. It has changed Ownership and is no longer maintained or cleaned properly.
