It is a lovely inn with nicely appointed rooms and generous bathrooms. It has a nice restaurant in house. Great place to relax and enjoy the area. The village has a General store and another Guest house with a restaurant also.Guest review byMaryIreland - 8.0
It's a sweet little town, rich in history.
It's a sweet little town, rich in history. The General store is must as they really had a little of everything, including homemade goodies and some classic New England charm. We stayed at the Lyme Inn and would happily go again. The staff was friendly, they had wonderful COVID practices in place, the room was comfortable and they shower, well, it was just the best! We had a spectacular dinner Latham House Tavern, an easy walk from the Lyme Inn. Dinner was wonderful. My daughter loved the coconut shrimp appetizer and I would have just had the beer pretzels with the cheese fondue for dinner it was that good.
