Well we were there in one of the worst winter storms that I...
Well we were there in one of the worst winter storms that I have seen in my life time. Things progressively got worse and worse . The snow and ice was catastrophic we eventually lost water, heat and electricity as the temp was already at around 16 degrees and lower at times. Things got dicey and miserably cold to the point we struggled to get out and on our way back home. But the scenery was beautiful still until we lost the utilities. To no fault of the town. It was just plain old mother nature rairing her head for a few days. We will always return to the lake as we have many good times that out weigh this bad experience.Guest review byDaleUnited States

I hate carpet because it holds everything in the world including the smell of other dogs. The bathroom was super clean. The sink and counter appeared to be epoxied, which is super smart because the room is easier to clean:):) Staff was friendly. Quiet place. But the Fishermans Gally had a great breakfast. The hotel accepted pets, but failed to notify the customers until the next day when we woke up that there would be an additional $50.00 pet fee , that we wern't notified about. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were not worn out, the room smelled fine and the bathroom was a genuine pleasure to use. The owner is friendly, helpful and honest.
