    Didn't see much of St.

    Didn't see much of St. Louis, though I visited the Cathedral. It is a wonderful place. The Arch also a good place to visit. need to go there early though so as to get in. Visited various shopping Malls as well. Good variety offered. Ate at different places. Olive Garden was my favourite. It is quite easy to get around Maryland Heights even on the public transport.

    EXCELLENT TOP SERVICE!!

    EXCELLENT TOP SERVICE!! I truly enjoyed the courteousness of the Staff and their willingness to assist me in everything I needed. The cleanliness of the Facility and the room was superb... Last but not least, the breakfast and the timeliness of the cook. She had the food prepared and put out 10 minutes before the actual breakfast. Great selection of food... Fairfield is a great establishment that I will definitely revisit again.

    I loved the location.

    I loved the location. It was easy to get in and out of off the highway. The property itself was fantastic - newly renovated, so very clean and comfortable. On the "room for improvement" side, I would suggest upgrading the toilet paper, and correcting the slow toilet. Also, add a complimentary, continental, and/or "on-the-go" breakfast option, OR staff the restaurant so folks can enjoy a sit-down breakfast if they'd like that option.

    There was nothing to like about the hotel.It was horrible...

    There was nothing to like about the hotel.It was horrible unsafe unsanitary. just disgusting. Here's where filthy there was no silverware. No dishes, no coffee pot. The refrigerator was old and noisy. Police, we're called to the property 3 times during the night. People screaming' help me help me' and fights to be heard outside our room. It was without a doubt The worst place I have ever stayed in my whole life & I am seventy yrs old

    Was a really nice place to stay.

    Was a really nice place to stay. The breakfast was the best we had seen for a Continental Breakfast. The room for the most part was clean and looked really nice. Liked having the little refrigator in the room. Only thing that was wrong was we had no TV and internet all night. Was told the manager might be able to give us a credit towards the room. When manager arrived said they could not give us a credit because we booked the room thru "Booking.com". That part was disappointing.

    We appreciated the central location to so many sites and...

    We appreciated the central location to so many sites and things to do in St Louis area. Easy access. Near Creve Coeur Lake which has great walking and biking trails of different lengths, picnicing and boating (no motorboats) activities.

    Close to the amphitheater for the concert. The shuttle for $15 took you right to the gates and you didn't have to wait in the long line. Rooms were big and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
