    Comfortable and quiet. I had no issues.

    Comfortable and quiet. I had no issues. The team is highly professional. I have been lodging with the Hilton Honors team in every State I have worked in or visited for over 20 years. The Mayfield location is highly recommended for a quality stay. A hidden gem in a quiet location for a quick romantic getaway or family vacation lodging. Easy access to the highway and amazing amenities. Highly recommend.

    The location and comfort of the bed was perfect.

    The location and comfort of the bed was perfect. The bed was comfortable as was the bedding. The room was small and outdated and I also found a big ball of hair in my shower which made me feel like it may have not been cleaned that well. It gave me more of a motel feel and I feel it was overpriced because of the size and appearance. They did offer breakfast that was okay.

    The staff were very helpful and pleasant and made a long 2 day journey to our final destination bearable. It was a great resting stop. And the breakfast they offer was well prepared and inexpensive. We plan on using this hotel again.

    There was no consistent mask use by staff despite what I understood the policy to be. REception staff did not mask all of the time. Housekeeping staff did not mask at all. The cook was not masked as he made breakfast. Servers were masked.

    I don’t believe the breakfast bar was in use.

    I don’t believe the breakfast bar was in use. The first night we awoke to late. 8:45am and nothing was available. We had to leave early the next night at 5:15am for hospital admission. My husband stayed after that. I think he always went out to eat.
