I selected this hotel through Booking with breakfast...
I selected this hotel through Booking with breakfast included. Upon arrival, I was informed that breakfast would be a choice of what to eat and not a buffet. So far, so good. However, in the morning when we went to breakfast, the option was a Starbucks store inside the hotel and everything paid at hotel prices (more expensive). I sent an email to Booking, who did nothing, just like this hotel scam. Disappointing.
Disappointing. No maid service until last day and then only towel swap. Toilet ran nonstop. Reported it twice and got no response. Had the fire department checking rooms for carbon monoxide leak and no follow up by management. The only plus was lots of services within Walking distance. Booked a room and showed up to stay. They gave a us a room that someone was already in. We were just sent away without any real explanation. Very sad that they get to get away with treating people like this.
