    The service was great but the room had certain concerns that needs too be address such as the room I occupied room 212 needed repairs too the sink it had a leak that needed to be repaired so had the first desk bring a bucket to catch the water and also the ac unit needs too be repaired are maybe updated I cleaned both filters and the ac unit didn't blow cool enough too the functioning standards the room still was hot in the near future respectfully I would never book the Metairie location in new Orleans I would book at a better la quinta establish next time

    I loved the area; where we stayed there were two shopping malls close by. A lot of restaurants that were delicious - Acme Oyster House for one. Close to the causeway and the freeway. Easy to get around.

    My favorite was the bed and pillows. Very comfortable. I didn't like smelling someone's smoking of drugs every time I went to the elevator. It smell so bad on the 5th floor. We had to cover our nose waiting for the elevator.

    We always stay here when we go on our cruise 🚢 and we like it cause it’s close to the port and we feel safe here. Denny’s is in the parking lot. The rooms are nice and clean. Front desk attendants are very nice 😊

    First the bathroom was filthy with urine

    First the bathroom was filthy with urine All around the base of the Toilet. Second they had no extra blankets, sheets or pillows. The lights in the room kept Blinking off and on constantly. We stay there several times a year, but may have to find a new hotel.

    After changing room due to the mold in the refrigerator and...

    After changing room due to the mold in the refrigerator and mold smell in the room, the second room A/C was not working right and was blowing something in the air that caused my mate to get an bronchial attack. We then had to move to a third room where the A/C worked better but the room still smelled moldy.

    I was pleasantly surprised by almost everything! The biggest positive impression for us was the staff - every one of them was friendly, warm, and eager to help. The breakfast was good, with plenty of food even in the last 15 minutes of serving. The room was comfortable, and the hotel on our floor was quiet. Overall, a really good place to stay when visiting New Orleans - thank you!

    The breakfast was great, especially the staff work extremely helpful. I thought that the senior living meets hotel concept was brilliant. I thought it was a beautiful thing to engage with the residents at breakfast. The fitness center was clean and nice. The location was quite convenient and accessible to everything we needed.We enjoyed our overall stay and will return.

    I am a repeat guest at this hotel. It is a great location, an appropriate distance from both the airport and the french quarter. The price is always right, the rooms are quite clean and the breakfast is decent. The wifi works, and the staff is lovely.
