    It was a scam.

    It was a scam. Nothing worked (vending machines empty, ice machine out of order, washers out of order, blood on the lamp in room, blood on the sheets in room, pool was labeled “dangerous” it was awful and could barley rest. Carpet wasn’t dirty.

    I really liked the small town feel in the downtown area, but just outside of town was plenty of places to grab a quick bite, gas stations, and hardware stores (we needed on while we were on this trip).

    No employee on site, check in done remotely.

    No employee on site, check in done remotely. Charged an early check in fee but that was not mentioned up front. TV didn’t work, sent text msg to contact number shown in guest book for help and never received a reply. Couldn’t adjust temperature on thermostat, room was too warm. Very disappointing for the price. Would never stay again.

    We were looking for a reasonably priced place just to sleep for one night. We didn't need a resort or resort luxury. Days Inn was great. Super clean, and the guy at the counter was really helpful and friendly. Five stars out of five! Great hotel for families on a budget.

    My husband and I stayed at The Hampton Inn in Middletown, OHIO on the evening of January 8. It was just lovely, so lovely in fact that we were surprised when the desk clerk told us it was built in 2013. It looked brand new to us!
