    To visit with a grand daughter and her city police officer husband and a 16 month old great grandson that I hadn't seen. Then her sister flew in from Virginia with her 20 month son. Had a great time at the State Fair with my great grandsons.

    Scandanavian Heritage Park with its Christmas Light display was fantastic . Great shopping at Penneys, Walmart, Cashwise Foods & Liquor & Menards . Great restaurants at Olive Garden, Pizza Ranch ( excellent deal for seniors), Perkins, Homesteaderand Ebenezeers Irish Pub (warning a tall Guiness is 32 oz !) . Schatzs Restaurant was disappointing . Minot is quite easy to get around . Will avoiud Schatzs Reataurant next time ; there are many other better eating places Mi

    On this trip we were just passing thru town and only stayed...

    On this trip we were just passing thru town and only stayed the night. I have been to Minot on several occasions and it is a small city with many restaurants and shopping facilities. It’s a great town for a weekend stay and depending on the time of year, there are great events like the North Dakota state fair, and the famous Hostfest in September.

    It was the Ludacris and T-pain concert and the ND State fair. The whole town came out to celebrate. Sports on Tap was awesome. Nice kick back. I like Minot. It's the closest to civilization in North Dakota! I really come to see my bestie.

    We didn’t even stay at comfort inn in North Dakota.

    We didn’t even stay at comfort inn in North Dakota. There was a mistake and the manager refused to refund our money. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. And will never use booking.com again. We were supposed to be booked in Hogansburg ny and they booked us in North Dakota. Then they refuse to refund our money.

    Beds were hard uncomfortable carpets were filthy filthy...

    Beds were hard uncomfortable carpets were filthy filthy dirty in the room would turn your socks black on the bottom … breakfast was just ok. The staff was friendly and nice. The hotel walls are thin and you can here everything. I would not stay there again.

    Entire hotel was dated and had a very odd smell. Although the stuff were friendly the worn down building, rooms and unkept parking lot brought the rating down. Did not feel comfortable parking a car there. Garbage in hallways, and rabbit ears for the tv?? In this day and age its pretty standard to have cable. Bathroom had holes in the ceiling and the chair in our room was broken

    The property was awful. Days Inn are usually nice and adequate. This hotel was dirty, the linens on the beds were yellowed, stained and the pillows were also stained and yellowed. The microwave was filthy, the TV remote was coated with grime and I have never seen a hotel room that was this bad, not even in a third world country. There was NOTHING to like.

    Staff was very accommodating. They made sure to take care of me. I traveled when the temperature was -30and my flight was cancelled. So, I was stuck here. I asked them if I could extend my stay because of that and I was allowed to... Thank you all .. I found my place from home when I come to Minot.😊😊😊😊😊

    Good bedrooms, comfy and the staff were very friendly. Our rooms were ready a bit earlier than the check-in time, and the beds were great. The price was great for a night at Minot. The breakfast was very simple and limited, but not a problem, since we left early in the morning.
