Customer service excellent, liked having breakfast, wish it lasted longer. Would be nice to have staff recommend restaurants that deliver. We ordered pizza hut, waited an hour, than got a call saying their sorry but we called South instead of north. Called north prompt service and excellent. They apologized for the other location not telling us in the beginning.

Missoula is a busy college city with a lot to do.

Missoula is a busy college city with a lot to do. The people we encountered were friendly. We even ran into people from our home state. We ate at some good restaurants and there is a lot of beauty and things to see and do within an hour or two drive from the heart of Missoula. We visited Historic Fort Missoula which was really cool. We also visited the Bison Range on the Flathead Reservation which I highly recommend. Also, Caras Park is great with river access. The visitor center is great and helpful for planning your activities while in Missoula. I would recommend having a burger at Frugals and also having a meal at The Montana Club Restaurant.

Too much Gay Pride and Transgender propaganda.

Too much Gay Pride and Transgender propaganda. Nothing against them but it was really shoved down your throat! Also while we were shopping and eating lunch the city decided to close off a block and towed our car to a random lot (as well as about a dozen other people's cars). Luckily we were able to call around and find it. This was at 4pm. Event the next day wasn't until 11am! Really!! Won't be back!

Missoula is great from its location to its people, food, activities. You could not ask for a better destination at any time of the year. For me it was like coming home again ... went to UofM in early 70s and still love it :)

What a great city in the heart of Montana!

What a great city in the heart of Montana! Downtown area is walkable and meets the river at a park. Lots of great stores, art galleries/shops, walking paths, and restaurants with out of this world, mostly locally raised, food. Farmer's market was huge and a great variety of products- huckleberries in season (and products made from them like chocolate and jam) are a MUST! Many entertainment venues plus Grizzly football games. Several organic/healthy food grocery stores are in town. People are super friendly and of all ages and walks of life, from college students to families with children to retired folks. The city itself is not big (and it's flat in a valley) so you can drive anywhere within 10-15 minutes and find what you need. Also, it's a gateway to Glacier National Park which is astounding on its own and a must-visit while you're in the area. And the airport is one of the best airports we've ever flown into- small, clean, well designed, and close to town.

    We love Missoula.

We love Missoula. The hotels and restaurants did not plan ahead for the Grizzly game so our hotel did not have enough staff to accommodate the volume. We went to breakfast and dinner, two different places and both restaurants had run out of certain foods on the menu, like guacamole, but they had avocados?! The breakfast restaurant ran out of breakfast food. The town itself is fun to visit. The golf courses are amazing! If it weren't for the football game it would have been a better trip or if the restaurants and hotels would have been better staffed - but it is Grizz country! We are fans!

We stayed here for 1 night whilst on our holiday in the USA from Australia. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was quite spacious. The motel shares a carpark with McDonalds that gets quite busy, but the check in clerk informed us that we should park on the other side of the motel to avoid this, so we did. There was a good selection of breakfast options available. Overall a good overnight stay here at Days Inn Missoula.
