We had soiled bed linen in the closet from the previous...
We had soiled bed linen in the closet from the previous guest that was for the roll out couch. Staff was by themself and unable to replace in a timely manner. Ice machine not working on our floor. Ceiling in lobby leaking water from sprinkler system. Pillows needed to be replaced. That being said, was very clean and comfortable, think they just had an off day.Guest review byCathyUnited States

I was confirmed to stay however the payment transaction was declined on business side of booking.com. 25 + min. So front desk charged my card so I could check in. Then ultimately I checked and praying I only get charged 1 x for $105. The front desk mgr. Ajay, was patient, polite, and deserves recognition. It is not a high-end hotel, but it was clean, neat, and orderly. Not my first choice for an extended stay, but not a bad choice for a few days.
