    The smelling of Marijuana in the hallway. Please don't take your kids there. Front desk was nice but I left a pair of pants and shirt and they had no clue how to get them to me. They told me that they can't send anything by mail to someone who just stayed there. They don't do that. So I had to mail a box in a box with instructions to get it back to me. This is not good at all.

    Outside of staying at the hotel, we did very little in Morrisville. From all of the construction in the area, it looks to have a promising future as a place we'd want to visit once the dust has settled.

    It was FRICKN TERRIBLE!!

    It was FRICKN TERRIBLE!! My wife and I stayed there THREE days and NOT ONCE did House keeping come into our room to clean, restock towels etc..I had to go to the front desk for towels ALL THREE DAYS!! Someone opened up our tailgate to our truck. Reported it to the front desk, an older man. He didn't even log it in, call the police NOTHING!! There wasn't anything in there but still. We'll NEVER stay at a Microtel EVER!! The people working there speak TERRIBLE ENGLISH!!! GET OWNERS THAT CAN SPEAK ENGLISH!!! We'd NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. Not even someone that I didn't like!!

    Brierdale Shopping Center is close by & has many different...

    Brierdale Shopping Center is close by & has many different stores available that can accommodate your time to shop if you have time & the number of restaurants in this plaza is astonishing with such a variety is a rare find, & we found a Peruvian Restaurant which was extremely good & reasonably priced. There was dining indoors & outside of these restaurants ; we soon discovered this was a very popular with the locals !

    Great location but staff need more training in services...

    Great location but staff need more training in services offered. I would not recommend for someone looking for bar and restaurant services. Check room for cleanliness our room was not clean. We did get 30.00 dollars off bill but definitely price for room still too high for what we had. I stayed in Roanoke Virginia. Was very pleased. This is the reason we booked with Hyatt again. Will definitely think twice before booking with you again.
