So nice and clean. Looked new! Staff was so nice and welcoming. So appreciated their pleasant attitudes and personalities. Gabby was very nice. And the young lady in the morning was too. I had left an item in the fridge, and she was so helpful in letting me return to my room. The maid was all ready cleaning within an hour after me checking out! That’s amazing. And the maid was nice too. She was so apologetic that she had already thrown my item away. (Not a problem, but how refreshing that she cared!!)

We didn’t stay for breakfast due to time and travel and the location is good right next to the highway. There’s still a little construction in the area but it’s not a problem.

Must be brand new. Everything was immaculate. Nice size room that was comfortable and everything I needed. Really good black out curtains so no light in room. Wall hvac unit has a wall thermostat, works really well

    Everyone is nice. The hotel is clean.

    Everyone is nice. The hotel is clean. The beds are super comfortable. Other than no USB charging port in the room and no ice machine on the 2nd floor (super inconvenient), it was all very nice and quiet. Work the extra bit of drive time to the Destin Harbor, simply because I preferred not to be within the hustle and bustle of the beach crowds and traffic.

    I liked that hotel was convenient and had a store close to...

    I liked that hotel was convenient and had a store close to it but I didn't like the fact the we found a Bed Bug on my daughter's pillow while she was a sleep. We told staff and they looked into it and said they didn't find evidence of bed bugs but my thing is we didn't make that up and the person who cleaned the room could have had the Bed Bugs and left them behind, I know we didn't have Bed Bugs that's the first time I ever saw one in person was on my daughter's pillow. I felt like I got robbed paying all that money and find a Bed Bug on my child's pillow. I'll NEVER stay at another Sleep Inn & Suits EVER AGAIN!
