The second front desk person was great, we arrived an hour before checkin, was told our room wasn’t ready. I waited 45 mins after checkin began before going back to front desk, room was still not ready, we were graciously upgraded to a suite which was a pleasant surprise!

This is a very nice hotel, close to a variety of good restaurants. Excellent room, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast options.

Second time around and we hope it will be more times. The location is perfect, the facilities like the bbq's, pool and spa are great. They are very sweet at the reception.
