From the time we initially pulled up to the valet, everything was uphill from there. The valet attendants were all very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Same for both bell captains, excellent! The front desk, the George, the location were ALL top-notch. Although that was our first time staying at the Durango, it certainly will not be our last time. In fact, we've already said we will be coming back next year for our annual Jazz Festival. We also shared our experience with several friends, and they will stay there as well. Thank you for a WONDERFUL experience!

it’s a ten minute walk to the entrance of Zion so you can skip the shuttle and don’t have to worry about parking. the staff are exceptionally pleasant and helpful - and saved our vacation when the snow hit by recommending alternates to Bryce . the rooms are comfortable and clean.

The staff was great, especially at the front desk for check-in. everything was clean, the room had plenty of space for myself and my friends. the location was perfect for the purpose of our trip. overall it was a great experience.

This 2nd floor room rental in a residential home was very quiet and comfortable with surprisingly nice touches like scented soap and lotions in the bathroom and complimentary bottles of water in the mini fridge in the bedroom, creating an almost spa like ambiance. Winky lives onsite and was wonderfully hospitable, offering me apple juice downstairs and getting up early to help carry my luggage downstairs to the door. Very high quality for the rate; I have already booked another stay.

Great value and great place. The shuttle made all the difference but we did need to us Uber for late and early travel. The staff was outstanding particularly the shuttle drivers. Front desk was very friendly.
