    Surfside Beach is a wonderful, quiet, family friendly, dog friendly beach just south of Myrtle Beach and just north of Murrells Inlet. Perfect location close to local restaurants and ice cream shops. We all had a GREAT time. Private pool, private beach access, very nice beach house.

    The room was great. Beautiful view.

    The room was great. Beautiful view. Our concern was no handrails in the tub and no bath mat. The tub is very wide and deep so we had to be extremely careful getting in and out of it. Otherwise it was well furnished and in excellent condition.

    To travel to Murrels Inlet for dinner was time consuming.

    To travel to Murrels Inlet for dinner was time consuming. We visited the Outlets, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, Local Thrift stores, Several Grocery stores. Pawleys Island stores & Murrells Inlet. Wahoo's @Murrells excellent food. We ate at the Buffets which had a good variety. Love my Crab Legs. Getting around was crazy at times. We had to pick our times. around lunch and early evening was higher traffic.

    I have been coming to Myrtle for the last 60 years.

    I have been coming to Myrtle for the last 60 years. It still holds a special place in my heart from incredible childhood memories. So many changes over the years. Really miss the pavilion that was in the middle of town. Hard to understand why it was removed. Lots of new and updated resorts / hotels. Most of the older ones have been replaced so it now much more modern. Amazing places to eat on the Grand Strand. Every type of food is an available and is incredible.

    Me and my family enjoyed the view and the beach the house...

    Me and my family enjoyed the view and the beach the house was comfortable but very dated and can use a modern upgrade the cleaning was not thorough but with furniture upgrade and better cleaning a great stay for a family!

    I was not impressed with the check-in area. the parking...

    I was not impressed with the check-in area. the parking routine was not very friendly for the guests. Need automated or allow the guest to pre-register the vehicle before they arrive. Need to simplify the process. Also, as a person that does not have pets, it is not very attractive watching people walk their dogs on the property to do their business. Can the property find a place for the animals to walk, not in view of the guests from their rooms or around the pools?

    The location of the hotel was great! Right on the beach, open up the sliding door to the balcony and the ocean is right there. Very easy beach access. The room was very clean and the staff extremely pleasant. The building itself is dated, however; the room seemed to be freshened up with newer paint, carpeting, bedding.

    The property was in a fantastic location, both on the course and in the Myrtle Beach/Conway area. It was clean, tidy and homely with lots of space and facilities for a comfortable stay. The hosts were on hand and went above and beyond to make our stay a very enjoyable and special time.
