Everything was great! The pool and warm jacuzzi on windy day is wonderful. I was happy to have kitchen in my room cause me and my husband are vegetarians and like to cook at home 🥰👍🏻 The stuff is lovely and sweet 👍🏻 Thank you so much! Hope to stay with again in future!

The hardware is much better than a motel, and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. I like hotel breakfast. I can make homemade muffins. And coffee, fruit, meatloaf, etc.

    I can't believe these people rent rooms to general public knowing that these rooms are infested with roaches. This place should be dozed and rebuilt for the safety of general public. If you want a room with roaches this is the place for you guaranteed.

    Newark was centrally located to my events.

    Newark was centrally located to my events. Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. Upon entering the room it smelled like dirt and stale as though no one was in it for a long time so i opened windows to air out. The sofa and bar chairs were old and smashed in. ( a regular cleaning would probably help). While getting ready for my engagement the pipe in the dressing area came apart spewing filth all over the area. It smelled like sewage. I contacted the front desk and they said a maintenance person will arrive when they get the chance. I said, this is needing to happen as i am dressing and preparing to leave. I also had to ask for a maid. The maid was busy with other rooms. Finally i went to the office to ask for a room change. Since i was already unpacked, this transition took 45 minutes which made me late for my engagement . The kitchen lights were burned out in the new room. I planned on cooking so this was not ok. I requested a discount on my room and was told the manager is gone for a week. Very disappointed…

    Great place to stay if you want to relax or if you want to party I'm happy every time I stay here. And you can't beat the value for what you get. The best place to stay that I've seen.i wouldn't stay anywhere else.

    I was born and raised in Newark and returned for the first time since just prior to the COVID19 pandemic. I chose Chase Suites on a three day stopover enroute from Hawai’i to return home to LIVERPOOL UK. This selection was primarily due to its location on close proximity to the I-880 Freeway so that I could visit former high school classmates. I also wanted to visit longtime fave spots such as The Mexican Restaurant on Hesperian Boulevard in Hayward and Jade Palace on Newark Boulevard in Newark. Great trip!

    I loved the breakfast,it was a pleasant environment and hot food that was enjoyable. Courteous staff that was friendly. Everything clean and busy staff cleaning. The front desk check in was very easy for the most part till my last extended booking I had one lady at front desk give me a difficult time with my stay over booking. But all in all my visit was enjoyable.

    Newark was close to my work-office, while my home in San Jose was fumigated for termites. I normally just commute 'thru' Newark, but it is a good place to shop for groceries, fast food, entertainment, etc.

    Met by the friendly reception staff and manager, who congratulated us on our engagement. Our room was clean, and the bed was so comfy. The kitchen had everything you'd expect, and the bathroom had shower gel, etc. In a quiet area and over the road from some eateries and shops. At the back of the hotel was a cinema in the small mall. Breakfast was good, hot food, fruit, cereal etc.
