    Not a long trip - just 2 days, so didn’t try to attempt exploring this go-round - but, we ate at Pelican Alley - super convenient, wonderful service and tasty eats. Nearby was an Italian place in the downtown Venice area too - delish.

    Nice beach that was close to grocery shopping, restaurants, and parks. It was easy to get on and off the island and we only saw the draw bridge go up once while we were there. The sand is shelly, so bring flip flops.

    Fantastic location right on the beach - exactly as pictured on the website. Two lounge chairs, two regular chairs and a two person hi-top table outside offered a good array of seating. The kitchen was adequately stocked and there were plenty of towels (and instructions on how to get more). Beach chairs and umbrellas are on site which was helpful. Questions were answered quickly. I would return and we could recommend this place to friends in a heartbeat!

    The location is the best! Near several beaches, a state park, and a botanical garden. The host was great and communicated with us in a prompt and helpful manner. My daughters love the pool. The neighborhood is quiet and all of the locals we encountered in Nokomis were friendly. Take a short walk and discover an epic surf shop and bait store!

    The best service I have ever got in a hotel after 7 years of constant traveling. The receptionist even asked me what floor I want to stay on. This was awesome. All was very clean. The service was super. Big fridge and microwave in the room. Best hotel in years.

    The hotel just opened in March and everything was absolutely perfect. The breakfast was amazing and they kept the hot bacon on rotation.
