The room was pleasant, above what I expected for the price. The room had a fridge and a microwave, which many do not have any more. The bed was clean, had nice soap, shampoo, conditioner stocked. Internet too!

Breakfast was great. Check in Lady was very friendly and out going to help any needs you have. room was clean. only problem was no drain plug in tub to take bath. Just took shower. Our son loved the pool. Was great experience, will be back.

    We visit norwalk multiple times a year for Summit...

    We visit norwalk multiple times a year for Summit Motorsports Dragstrip. We've been to Walmart and a few fast food but haven't ventured the city to provide a proper review. There was a BBQ place by Walmart that we hit every visit and was sad to see this year they were closed what looked like for good.

    The pictures that you see of this motel have to be from a...

    The pictures that you see of this motel have to be from a different hotel because once you get there, the pictures you see on Internet are not what you see in person it’s more or less Hotel for people that can’t get an apartment it was dirty inside and out asked for fresh towels. We got watered up towels. I don’t know if they were clean or dirty. We went and bought clean towels from the store. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

    Room was not serviced daily with clean towels or bedding. Trash was not removed daily. Manager stated only clean towels every three days. No indicated onsite that is Hotel policy. Hotel front door frequently locked requiring you to call a telephone nunber with not prompt response if any at all. Will not stay at this facility again.

    the place feels like home from home very clean and they have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable.. from small things like iron,,, dishes, scissors I mean everything you have at home you can find at the rental... I love this place I can never go back to a hotel that's how spoiled I was on this trip.... whenever I come back next year for cedar point I know where I will be staying.. thank you for such a beautiful comfortable place..

    Reasonable place to stay about 10 minutes south of I-80. Friendly check-in staff. When I arrived around 9:30 PM, plenty of kids and parents using the nice-looking pool. The whole hotel is non-smoking so none of that yucky residual smoke smell. Comfortable room and much nicer than some of the other options along this stretch of the highway.
