The only thing that was nice and comfortable was the beds. The rest was a nightmare! No hot breakfast, key cards did not work, charged for 5 people and only four came. The had plenty of rooms available because there were only four or five cars in the lot. Would have been a wiser choice to have changed our reservation rather than having 4 ladies out there telling what terrible customer service we were given. We were not cancelling, just changing the number of people. Sometimes we must find a way to accommodate a customer's wishes if at all possible rather than have the bad reviews out there. We were there to visit family in a nearby town. Didn't really experience O'Fallon, but the nearby properties seemed fine and typical for a suburban retail and business district. We didn't visit any except the gas station. It appears to be a safe area.Guest review byDianeUnited States - 6.0
