I have been coming to Ogunquit for 64 years.
I have been coming to Ogunquit for 64 years. It’s my happy place. I love the beaches, the shops, restaurants, Perkins Cove and walking the Marginal way. There are always new restaurants to try. It’s exciting to see what’s new every year and to visit some old favorites like the candy store in the center and the Footbridge beach. I had less than 24 hours in Ogunquit, but enjoyed the vibrant downtown area, a great visit to the beautiful Museum of Art and sculpture garden, and a walk on Marginal Way along the coast. There is a beach close by, but walking with a lot of stuff and it's hot out would have been nice to have transportation from hotel to the beach. The hotel was clean.
