The breakfast was handy but a little expensive but the service was fantastic. The area was amazing, walked to many great tourist attractions and Uber was easy too. The room was BEAUTIFUL - clean and sparkly new renovation, beds VERY comfortable, coffee machine, fridge and bathroom terrific.

I absolutely recommend The Godfrey Hotel! This was my third time staying here, and even though we ran into a small issue during this visit, the way the staff handled it totally won us over. The management stepped up big time; they really listened, took action, and showed they genuinely care about their guests. You can tell great service really matters here. It meant a lot to us, and honestly, that kind of treatment keeps us coming back. We’ll definitely keep choosing The Godfrey Boston and telling all our friends and family to check it out! I am a sick music fan, but while booking, I didn't check on the photos and was looking at other things. When I arrived and looked around, I wanted to scream! This place is like I have died and went to rock music heaven! The hotel is also combined with a pool, a restaurant, and a bar - and from this day on, this is officially my hotel in Boston!

Exceptional staff service. I have stayed in many other high-end hotels and all the 1 Dalton Street staff were completely focused on making my stay being as enjoyable as possible. Justin (Hotel Assistant Manager), Caroline (Guest Experience Specialist) and Eva (Front Office Manager) went the extra mile and they came across clearly as a team who enjoyed their work and wanted to make our visit like a place that can be described as home from home. All the the staff on the front desk and door where exceptionally kind and helpful. They too were a great team. The housekeeping staff were wonderful and so was the staff in One-plus-One and the Trifecta. The Room was high spec and we slept well. Breakfast and range of food was great. The pool was great.

From cleanliness, location, to the size of the room, everything was exceptional. Even though, it's not at downtown, it's perfectly located near a hub of factory outlets of big brands and there are so many cafes around the area, so finding food and shopping is absolutely sorted. There's a train station nearby, accessible on foot as well to get to downtown. Overall, we had an amazing time here.
