    The city of Omaha was very inviting and lovely. Loved the downtown area and enjoyed the shopping, the restaurants, and the sculptures. The convention center was great and the walking bridge was a great experience. Didn’t like the humidity so much though.

    For a fast food meal, Nebraska's unique RUNZA is a must. SCOOTER'S drive through coffee kiosks are also a Nebraska standard - though they are popping up around the Midwest. The Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge uniquely allows pedestrians and cyclists to cross from Omaha, Nebraska, into Council Bluffs, Iowa. We were there for a fully-scheduled convention and did not take advantage of many local opportunities, but the CHI Convention Center is an excellent convention venue (one of the best I've been to) and the skywalk connected Omaha Hilton was a convenient and accommodating place to stay.

    The Old market district is cute and diverse for shopping and dining. The Riverfront Park is Great and should be enjoyed. The rest of the town is a big Meh in my book. No rooftop bar scene no music/culture district to walk around. Good mix of old buildings, but there seems to be a lack of health and vibrancy is missing.

    Omaha was a bigger city than expected.

    Omaha was a bigger city than expected. We had to travel to different locations for a baseball tournament, the highways were well maintained. Other than that we only had time to visit a cute little antique mall called Vintage Oasis.

    Omaha is a good size city so if you're not wanting a large...

    Omaha is a good size city so if you're not wanting a large city don't go. Make sure you take in the old town area and that market. There are many nice places to see in Omaha. The roadway seem to be a bit confusing so don't be afraid to ask for help. People in Omaha are nice and helpful

    I am not a big fan of large cities.

    I am not a big fan of large cities. I go there when there is something specific I need to do such as education for my business. Omaha is not a place I visit just because, but it is better than larger cities. Nothing specific against the city and surrounding communities, I'm just a country girl.

    We loved our room, pool, parking garage, and continental breakfast! This was one of our best hotel experiences. The rooms are so modern and clean and the parking garage was very nice for bringing in all of our luggage. The continental breakfast had many choices and everybody enjoyed it.

    I liked the neighborhood and the fact it was only 15 /20 mins drive from Eppley airport. The house is roomy and the garage is a plus although we didn't use it. We just needed a good night's rest after a very long road trip before our flight the following day.
