The room was clean, but the bedding had holes in it; we assumed it was from wear. The bathroom needed to have all the trim and baseboards replaced. Additional fees up the final price we paid by nearly $2; not much, but not what we expected—especially in light of the condition of this property. Liked the location for our plans while in Ottawa. We have stayed at Comfort Inns in other locations and have been very pleased. This property could use an update. There were things that an attempt had been made to update but either done on the cheap side and shoddy workmanship. For the price was disappointed with facility.
