The hotel is really new and this shows. Beds comfortable, quiet and spacy room. Staff was really nice, we felt very welcome. Location is near 99 and a mall. We didn't visit downtown, which is some minutes drive away. However, you can walk in 15 to 20mins to Sierra Nevada Brewings Restaurant on the other side of the 99.

    The staff is very friendly and accommodating. This very rustic Charming Hotel is short on modernization but there's no shortage of charm and Superior stuff. That's not the fanciest hotel but it's the most comfortable I've been in a long time it's very rustic but it's better than anything in Chico and I know that because I moved to this hotel after 2 days in Chico. I even overbooked the night and they were kind enough to cancel that overbooking. Paradise is lovely and well on her way to being back on her feet.

    Well landscaped and maintained property. Very quiet and peaceful. Close parking. Accessible office. Walking/ hiking trail behind hotel. Check in confusion and delay because of using booking.com and had to sort out how to not recharge me and show already paid.
