    We have come to Pawleys for maybe the last five years and have not had one bad experience. We look forward to our trips here. It is a relaxing and beautiful place to visit. My sister wants to retire here.

    Loved Hammock Village and all the little shops.

    Loved Hammock Village and all the little shops. The local bar has a happy hour so drinks were super affordable. The restaurants in the area are quite expensive (we are paying in Rands) but the mexican was good value, enormous portions, super tasty. Take mozzie spray!

    cleaning of the room. They said there was king size bed and we had to put the bed together I didn’t like that I was expecting a king size bed not one you had to put together, that should of been clear when booking the stay I didn’t like that

    I enjoyed the beach and I also enjoyed shopping at the little stores in Hammock Village. I also had a wonderful time experiencing the local cuisine. Great food and excellent customer service at Hanser House!! They serve the BEST key lime pie I ever tasted.

    Quiet, peaceful & a slower pace.

    Quiet, peaceful & a slower pace. None of the noise & frantic pace of Myrtle Beach; plenty of great restaurants nearby!!!!You must visit Brookgreen Gardens just up the road and plan to stay for hours.

    Room was accurate but the towels and rags was dirty thank god I brought my own’ Wi-Fi is poor it doesn’t work’ air conditioner wasn’t working properly that me & my children was sweating in our sleep when we never turned ac off. The breakfast is horrible’ it start way too early and end too early’ they need a whole new breakfast menu. My family only ate breakfast one night out of the five days we stayed.

    The location of the hotel is amazing, directly at the coast with an amazing view from the terrace and a nice pool, also overlooking the ocean.
