Newly built. Everything works. Pool is indoors but sunbathing is outdoors and works nicely. In spite of a standart american breakfast it is surprisingly delicious. Rooms were big clean and comfortable. 24 hr coffee. You can park underground and directly take the elevator to the room. Outside lounge area was pretty nice to hang out. But overall a very good experience

    The staff were really nice but not that accessible, the rooms overall were clean but there was a bug issue, maybe it was only our room. Also, it was not worth the $140 per night mark we could have stayed at much better hotels around. Pico riviera was a really nice region overall. Everyone who visits should try the lamb meal at this Mexican restaurant called Aqui Es Texcoco.

    Very friendly staff. It is a no-frills hotel/motel. The room we had was rather bare but clean, and it was large enough. The air-conditioning was old and at an awkward position in the room, but it worked just fine, as did the refrigerator and TV. The cleaning service was good. The location was good as well, just about 30 minutes from downtown LA and very close to highways and shops.

    Some requests were at least trying to accommodate As for such hotel rooms were not bad at all, but still were a very bad moments They have a bathroom They had armed guards on the day when I arrived, so it's a good sign
