Oxford Sutie Sonoma - Rohnert Park is a well located hotel. We were very blessed by Jude, who was so helpful and cheery upon our check in and also when he asked him for information. He was so willing to help. That was a great plus point.

The staff were just great! Nothing was too much trouble for them - all those we encountered went out of their way to assist us with whatever we needed - just cannot commend them highly enough! Loved the excellent design of the hotel and all the amenities, pool, gym, fire pits etc. Large, extremely comfortable and quiet room for 4 of us with a lovely big bathroom too - loved the hotel!

Charges a deposit and has that nowhere under information for the hotel online. So when I got there to pay and checkin it was a surprise. Then when I decided not to stay there as a result told me I’d have to get my refund through booking.com. It dosent seem I was charged but not a good first experience. Shouldn’t be charging customers a deposit if information isn’t being presented to the customer in the beginning.

    Was overcharged at front desk; Motel 6 did not honor the...

    Was overcharged at front desk; Motel 6 did not honor the price provided by Booking.com. Hotel refused to honor price when contacted by Booking.com. Also, all four guest were bitten several times each by bedbug's in Motel 6 room. I spoke with a Booking.com representative many weeks ago to complain. He said he documented and would submit as a complaint/dispute. I have not received a response regarding any of my complaints. Poor customer service!

    Good service, nice room and dog could stay in room. Dog airing area was to small and right by a busy road. Not clean. Homeless people stay here and when I was there one was sitting with an unleashed dog close to my room. Rambling on and I felt threatened. When I called the office they said she was leaving but waiting for her a ride. My concern was dog off leash could attack my dog or give my dog diseases. Plus my own safety considering mentally ill people are not stable and can loose it too easily

    What I saw of it was great. We stayed at the Oxford Suites. Half mile from Graton Casino, Amy's Vegetarian Kitchen across the street. About a mile away from a very nice golf course, which I did ok on. Near Costco, Walmart and dozens of other stores.

    Sonoma airport is only a few minutes away and is perfectly situated for going to Napa Valley, and Healdsburg etc to see the vineyards and tour the wineries. I did not get to see much of Rohnert Park itself, but it is a great location for visiting San Francisco and the surrounding areas! Within an hour or so of many many sights to see like the Redwoods, Muir Woods, Larkspur or Sausalito to catc a ferry ride to the Ferry Building in San Francisco. Wine country is only 29 minutes away Napa or Sonoma. Bodega Bay too … Where are Alfred Hitchcock filmed The Birds! Great clam chowder too, and can see the beautiful Russian river too. Overall Rognert Park is a great hub for seeing Napa and Sonoma.

    Always remember in your planning for a trip (Google freeways...

    Always remember in your planning for a trip (Google freeways, red/green/yellow and best ways) ......look at things as in the easiest ways to get to your destination. None lest make sure you look and visit lunch/dinner/snack locals! this will help where you're at, a time to relax and a place to enjoy the beautiful local/scenario or a picturesque Van Gogue that you can take pic. and enjoy for days to come.

    Very disappointed. Hotel under construction, yet charged premium prices, had to move because of construction. Loud banging when trying to sleep. I won't ever recommend booking.com or this hotel to anyone because of the misleading information Absolutely terrible

    The staff was friendly, beginning with a question about early check-in days before booking the room. We used the shuttle to get to our destination and back to the hotel and the driver was safe and kind. The cocktail hour and Bistro was a great time.
