When you wait for the hotel shuttle at the airport, you are among other people waiting for different hotels. Lots of people had been waiting 45 minutes to an hour, but when asked, someone said they had already seen the Crowne Plaza shuttle. From there I only had to wait about 20 minutes, so their shuttle really does run every half hour. Driver was very friendly and helpful. Very clean, very quiet, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent stay!

    My e-mail said we had reservations at Rosemont, but our hotel was actually the Cumberland. Could have been much better direction to the hotel. I believe that's on Booking.com which I will most likely never use again. It caused a lot of problems. The hotel at Rosemont seemed nice. The one on Cumberland, where we eventually had to go, was not so nice. A very worn out hotel.

    A very expensive family trip!

    A very expensive family trip! We ended up sleeping on separate floors and sweating most of the day due to faulty air conditioner in 1 or our 2 rooms. (78 degrees) We spent our family time making continuous trips to front lobby, packing, moving, or unpacking our belongings and sleeping on sperate floors instead of conjoined rooms. Breakfast was great!!!

    Good location for our activities.

    Good location for our activities. Street view is deplorable….newer hotel is located attched(?) behind a rundown building. Close proximity to All State Arena which had several different programs going on during our two night stay…. Caused time consuming traffic jams each night.

    With the wifi internet 5.99 for a day and the 5 star charge...

    With the wifi internet 5.99 for a day and the 5 star charge for room for a 2 star motel, there was no one at front dest after 10 pm. theree was a 1.75 charge for extra towels per day, now get this 2 people are suppose use use 2 towels for a 2 days. There was no extra wash cloths, there was no house keeping at all in fact unless you stay 7 days you don't get that service. The sidewalks was cleared but the drive was not,

    There were available restaurants across the hotel. Airport shuttle is available 24/7, every 30mins. However, toiletries are not available inside the room; you need to go to the front desk to ask for toothpaste, toothbrush and lotion. I was given 1 sachet of toothpaste and 1 tube of shower gel for my 4 night stay; no toothbrush, no lotion. Some staff at the front desk are not accommodating. Wifi did not work throughout my stay (even after asking for assistance at the front desk). There was very little variety on breakfast.

    Great area, there is a lot of hotels and stores, super close...

    Great area, there is a lot of hotels and stores, super close to the airport. My favorite spot is a polish market that I visit every time I’m in that area - it’s KD market - they have everything a polish person misses from home. Getting around Rosemont is easy, but there is a lot of traffic on the way to the airport.

    I chose this hotel mainly because it was located within walking distance of the car rental center of O'Hare, where I was picking up a car the following day. The hotels also offers a free airport shuttle. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and tastefully furnished, as was the lobby. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The linens and towels were of good quality. I was pleased to find a small fridge in the room.

    very good position for airport, for Blue line and for the Rosemont mall. Staff super kind, car parking always available and free. Good also the restaurant where there are few main to choose but very good and well prepared. I loved the free shuttle service for the airport. The convention center is on the other road side, 50 meters. Room was big enogh and bed was comfortable..

    I booked this property because I attended concerts at the Allstate Arena. For this purpose the hotel‘s location was perfect. The airport is also close and I took the hotel shuttle to get to and from the airport which was very convenient. My room was nice and clean. Refreshments are offered near the reception. Staff was very friendly and helped me extend my stay.

    I really appreciated the fact that there was a shuttle, so kudos! The hotel was quiet enough and my room was clean and comfortable. There is a convenience store nearby as well as a Portillo's restaurant and a McDonald's. Breakfast in the morning was great! I was terribly exhausted from a long flight so I was able to rest well here.
