Such a fun quaint hotel. Room was clean and appointed nicely with southwestern charm. Bed was extremely comfortable and hotel guests were quiet. I am looking forward to staying with them again soon. Fresh muffins and coffee every morning is a nice touch.

    Ruidoso is a place that my parents brought our family for...

    Ruidoso is a place that my parents brought our family for many years growing up. Memories of our trips always come to mind every time we visit. We started bringing our kids when they were young and now they bring our grandkids as well. It is a quaint village with lots of fun things, great restaurants and beautiful scenery. Highly recommend it to everyone.

    Nice shops in man part of town.

    Nice shops in man part of town. You need a car, INN of the Mountain Good was great to visit. walking paths, We are not a young couple. Horse races are fun, ate in the cantina there, adequate menu.

    Ruidoso has the best hiking trails at Grindstone Lake!

    Ruidoso has the best hiking trails at Grindstone Lake! We hiked the Grindstone Lake Canyon trail which was 7 miles! It was so beautiful! Will definitely go back again! We also walked around Inn of the Mountain Gods. It is so pretty there. We ate a delicious meal at the Inn! We also walked around downtown and shopped at the cute little shops ! We bought a wooden bear! Would recommend Ruidoso to everyone!

    Lovely little town currently recovering from a massive wild fire and huge flood. Still a great vacation location or a hub to visit surrounding towns. The weather in the summer is super, nice and cool. Lots of shopping and dining possibilities. Fun little town. Just watch out for the deer and elk!

    In the hot summer months, Ruidoso is the perfect place to visit. The weather is nice, good restaurants, plenty of shops and activities around the area. Driving around Ruidoso is easy and drive to other nearby places are short and easy to get to.

    Not a thing. Rude staff. Manager unavailable. Stole money from me by cancelling my reservation even though I called and told them I had covid and would not be there but my guest would be there for the 2nd evening. The Comfort Inn and suites in Ruidoso cancelled my reservation even though I called and talked to them and then they made my guest pay for another room. I called the hotel directly several times and Booking.com and got nothing but run arounds and lies. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

    The breakfast was a joke! I travel the country and stay in hotels 125 nights a year. This was not breakfast it was horrible. The one staff member you had could not keep up with what every it was you where serving. No utensils, no pancake mix, no powdered eggs (💩), I looked at the mess and then watched for 15 minutes just to see who would eat this crap.

    The view was amazing. The spa was nice. The rooms were comfortable, and it had most of the things needed. The owner was very communicative with us and assured us of a refund for cleaning fees as it was hard for the cleaning crew to make it due to the recent floods.
