Check in and check out was super easy. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Even though the property is clearly dated, it is so cute and charming. There is a pond (that is fenced in) with ducks and geese, a large lawn with relaxing chairs scattered around. The trees were beautiful! I would definitely come here again!

    Great choice with families with children.

    Great choice with families with children. Lots of toys on site for children and one of the smaller bedrooms was perfect for them. Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Large open areas for family and guests to gather. The heated, private pool was huge. The view could not have been better overlooking the beach and cape cod sound. Location was great for us. Neighborhood was quiet and stunning with highways to other parts of the cape close by.

    The location is great.

    The location is great. We spent time out and about, the area is all that. The property was as flat as the area is wonderful. We had many things not working or not up to par. We had a group of 11, not enough furniture to accommodate us. Very used and cheap type furniture in some places. We spent way too much time cleaning and, on the phone, trying to get things repaired or working. They listened but nothing was resolved.
