The bed was comfortable; the breakfast that was a $15 option per room was worth the price;the location near Rt 93, the airport, Rockingham Mall, Tuscan Village and Salem Town Forest was fantastic. And they managed to make up the room EVERY day which is not the norm these days.

It was clean and extremely close to where our concert was. We went to the Tupelo Music Hall. We stayed here before and loved it. The employees were great, especially the one we met Thursday morning while getting breakfast. She actually remembered that we had been there before. She was absolutely amazing!!! I wish I had gotten her name.

    So glad we decided to stay here instead of in Boston or...

    So glad we decided to stay here instead of in Boston or Salem, MA. We took a chance thinking it was convenient for us for where we planned to go - and we were happy with it. Salem NH is a cute town with all the amenities a town would need and the charm of slower lifestyle. It's such a good location to base out of . We will stay here again on the next trip to New England.

    We arrived at our room at midnight only to realize it had no...

    We arrived at our room at midnight only to realize it had no heat, the room was freezing. When we called the front desk the girl told us she didn't know how to work the heat, and that maintenance wouldn't be in until 9am. We asked for extra blankets and were told she wasn't allowed to give out extra blankets. Needless to say we didn't get much sleep at all, nor did we enjoy our stay, and we will never stay at another Red Rood Inn again.

    The hotel was clean and welcoming. It was located in close proximity to shops, restaurants and sightseeing areas. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were there for a wedding which limited our ability to explore the area but would be happy to return,

    The hotel was extremely clean and the surroundings were all very fresh. The location is great too. Staff were helpful. The food at Tuscan Kitchen was fabulous and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

    Modern well maintained and fitted. Good parking. We have relatives in Salem who have downsized and this was an ideal place for us to stay so we could still visit them. We will use it again
