This place is a gem! The cabin was as advertised. A malfunctioning air conditioner was very quickly dealt with to our satisfaction. Cudos to the maintenance staff! The property is absolutely beautiful! Clean and well maintained.

    Salem is a small town with very nice people.

    Salem is a small town with very nice people. Enjoyed our visit with family. However, the Cottonwood Inn is a big joke!! It is the only motel in Salem but it is a disaster! The front of it is very deceiving. If you drive to the back of it, you will see that it is falling apart!! And since we couldn't check in, we have not gotten our money back. And no one answers the phone when I call.
