The location was perfect. We had office work to do every morning, So we set ourselves up in the room, with the ocean view, it made for a relaxing and great environment. Then in the afternoons we explored the surrounding areas.

Great location…so close to the Main Street with a great choice of restaurants and a quick walk to the beach but nice and quiet in the evenings. Beautiful views of the river and loved the fire pits for evenings too. Staff were so friendly and helpful…with cheerful welcome each time we walked through the door.

The staff is very friendly, everything was clean and comfy, didn’t use the pool but it looked clean as well. Super close to the beach. Breakfast was standard, but coffee, tea, and hot chocolate all day. You’re able to lend dvds which was great during the rainy days!

    Don't be discouraged by the exterior!

    Don't be discouraged by the exterior! Clean, clean, clean room-- big plus! Jeremy checked us in and was absolutely fabulous! Excellent location despite the online booking which showed the location on the beach. We were within walking distance of the Prom and beach. The downtown area was so quaint and close!

    We were pleasantly surprised by the car show!

    We were pleasantly surprised by the car show! The sand castles! When plans were made we did not know this was happening. The weather was perfect, the town was alive. So many people had their dogs and that was impressive. I loved that!

    Always tons of fun thing to do.

    Always tons of fun thing to do. The beach was clean, as always. The carrousel is a little short ride for the price, but that was another fun thing. Stores, restaurants and more all within walking distance of each other. Great family beach.

    Seaside was a small area that gave my family and I a feeling...

    Seaside was a small area that gave my family and I a feeling of warmth and safety. We enjoyed dining at the restaurants, visiting the gift shops, biking on the boardwalk, and strolling on the beach. We enjoyed breakfast at our hotel, while the windows were opened in the dining area, letting in the morning breeze off of the ocean!! We were staying just minutes away from the beach, and we absolutely loved it there!!

    The promenade was great for walking and biking.

    The promenade was great for walking and biking. The new garden asin cusine was a great choice for dining. Lots of food and tasted amazing Would definitely eat there again. A few streets out from the main drag is a little more quaint. Overall it's a great beach.

    This is our 3rd time vacationing in Seaside so we like due...

    This is our 3rd time vacationing in Seaside so we like due to close proximity with other beaches. What we don't like is we're seeing bunch of homeless looking people walking around everywhere.

    Overall it was good. The staff are really friendly and I live their complimentary cookies it was so good! However our 3 nights and 4 days stay there was okay it’s just that we were hoping they would come and clean our room every night since we stayed there for 3 nights. The pool was a little greeny and salty not sure if it was supposed to taste and look like that or it’s just not being cleaned properly. But other than that we loved our stay there coz it’s close to everywhere and pet friendly!

    Lovely hotel with all the amenities you could want for a few days stay. Right on the 101 so really easy to find and great location for a base if you are driving.There are a few restaurants and bars near the hotel but the beach and main attractions of Seaside are about 25-30 minutes away by foot. But the walk is a pleasant one over the river and down to the town via the seafront path.

    The hotel sits right on the beach, but tucked away behind sand dunes and grass. You can see the ocean but it is a few minutes to walk to the water. The room (king bed) was really spacious and you could do cartwheels in there! If you arrive a bit early, before check in....park the car and go next door to the Aquarium and feed the sea lions!!

    Beautiful facility and room! The staff not only provided great customer service but they were friendly. I had some issues...not caused by the hotel...but by a service I used in making my reservation/payment. The staff was so patient and helpful in figuring it all out. They were professional but also personable with a great sense of humor!

    Did not get in due too the desk lady running something on my card a verification and it held my $$$ so no she should have just put the card through just like my bank said so she retracted the money back to my card and I did not get to stay at your hotel
