Very comfortable beds, more firm than the average. Quite location, no noise from the street even if it's close to railroad and streets. Helpful staff, so friendly.

We stopped at this motel on our way to Grand Canyon, and we didn't expect a place so clean, quiet, and welcoming. The bed and the room are comfortable, and we slept very well. There's some attention to details (like the multiple plugs for the device chargers, the complimentary water bottles and coffee/tea). There's a nice, cosy room (creative space) that guests can share to have breakfast, read, chill out after a long day. There's a little gift shop, too, full of interesting things. Sébastien, the receptionist, was very friendly and helpful. In the morning, they prepare and put breakfast in a paper bag you can take with you or eat there. I requested a special meal, due to some allergies, and they were very caring. The price was good for what we got. We loved being welcomed by the house cat.

We stopped at the Aztec on our way from California to New Mexico. We often do this route, but for some reason I always overlooked Seligman for a stop. I'm so happy we decided to stay there! The motel is very nice, clean and recently renovated, the breakfast was really appreciated. The surroundings are nice and quiet, and the hosts are very welcoming!

Great time at Delgadillo's Barber Shop.

Great time at Delgadillo's Barber Shop. Angel's son-in-law greeted us when we walked in, and spent a good amount of time talking about Angel and showing us around. Yes, we spent plenty on souvenirs too. The whole town is friendly. The Black Cat is a dive bar with loud music, but friendly people. The woman at Seligman Grocery had a nice chat with us about traveling across country back in the day. Our waitress at Westside Lilo's told us about her amazing father Terry McCann who was a gold medalist in wrestling for the USA in 1960. She hailed from Arlington Heights, so like us, from a Chicago suburb. And the owner of the Aztec motel was so nice. He's from Holland of all places.

    A small but inviting town.

A small but inviting town. Great people and great restaurants. I could only stay a day on my way back home, but I wish I could've stayed longer to try all the restaurants and visit all the shops the town has to offer. I also wish I could've had more time to explore the area around the town, like Route 66 and enjoy the multitude of stars visible at night.

A small 1 street town with no specific attraction in it, but potentially a good location for people transiting through on the old 66 route or going to attractions within a few miles of it. There are a few motels and a couple of restaurants that we saw that offer basic American food.

Cool town, just a short overnight this trip.

Cool town, just a short overnight this trip. I came through on a photography workshop two years prior... Canyon Lodge was nice, but opted for Historic Rt.66 Motel this trip. Lots to photograph here, tons of history. Buffalo burger at the Roadkill Cafe ain't too bad either, just be sure to have a Grand Canyon Pilsner chaser.

Great slice of historic Route 66 that has gotten even better since I was there last in 1999. Thanks to Angel Degadillo for his work on preserving, restoring, and promoting Seligman and other historic Route 66 towns.

Loved the vibe of the motel and the staff were super helpful at check in. The location in Seligman was great with easy parking and a good cafe next door. The only negative was the constant rumble of trains from. The nearby tracks, all through the night. But that's not the fault of the motel, just something to be aware of when considering staying.

The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly and the room was very nice! It definitely changed my outlook on motels compared to hotels! It was more budget friendly and as nice as a hotel. Nicer actually than a couple other hotels we stayed at on our very long road trip!
