I really can't tell you about the town of Smithville as we only stayed overnight on way back home from Thanksgiving. What I will say is that the people who greeted us a the Inn were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable and very, very friendly!Guest review byAnonymousUnited States - 10.0
We were on a ladies weekend trip.
We were on a ladies weekend trip. Smithville Historical Museum and Inn was a charming, affordable place for us to stay as it was located near 2 other towns we wanted to visit. We ate at Humphrey’s Bar and Grill in downtown Smithville near the Inn. It was very good. We also ate at the 169 Diner for Breakfast. It was excellent and priced right! It was a 25 minute drive to Weston, MO, and 30 minutes to Excelsior Springs; both great little towns to visit, too.Guest review byCottonUnited States
