    Overall it all was fine.

    Overall it all was fine. It's not the Ritz for sure, but people allowed to loiter in entrance smoking. Smoking area should be elsewhere. First floor smelled like pot smoking and mold. Elevator was broken, and were told upon checking in and given a choice. Bad backs had us choose first floor. Where pets are also allowed. Pet lover here, no issue. Even heard a few barks but nothing that the other pet owner clients didn't handle on the spot. No issues there. Actually the people themselves did speak loudly but was quiet soon enough. Staff was good, professional and pleasant. We booked last minute but if given the chance, I would have chose different. Seemed like old & dated carpet. Paint and caulking were really bad. Don't honeymoon here. Overall we were fine, bed comfy and shower in our room looked new.

    We found six insects in the three rooms that they changed to us, totally dirty and they told me at the reception that it is normal, it was the most horrible experience we have had, I do not recommend it to anyone, I will send you photos

    I made a reservation through Booking.com. Hotel staff said I didn't have a reservation. Even though I showed my reservation information, he said there was no room and I had to leave without answering any of my questions. My money was not refunded and I was victimized.

    This was absolutely disgusting i didn’t even stay here and I couldn’t get my money back I seen multiple roaches waked in and walked right back out and booked a hotel down at the Sonesta east for a few dollars more and get a whole kitchenette and clean sheets

    one of the staff was helpful getting me in the hotel bc I'm in a wheelchair and the property is not very accessible friendly. The bed and room were clean and mostly bug free.
