Liked · Nothing I can think of. Three years ago, This was a very nice facility. The standards have decreased even though I had to sign a statement accepting the rules of no smoking and no animals in the facility. (The very reasons I chose this Motel). Disliked · The facility has been badly neglected and not a result of the Covid Pandemic. Breakfast was poor even at this stage of post Covid. They allowed a dog into the facility (Dog was stated as a service animal when it was nothing but a pet.) Dog barking through the evening and occasionally in the night. There are other motels that allow pets, they didn't have to take this family and compromise the health of others. The facility caters to construction workers which is detrimental to the cleanliness of the facility. Carpet was dirty due to soil from workers shoes. Carpet should have been steam cleaned, but it appeared ready for replacement. The room had a less than healthy smell. Toilet leaked at the base requiring a towel to soak up moisture. Workers depleted the Ice dispenser in early morning and causing noise. Parking taken up by construction trucks with trailers. Apartment construction made for a poor environment and it looks like the motel property will be taken up with the apartment construction, hence the lackadaisical approach to adhering to the rules. The facility appears to be in need of a good renovation but I imagine it is due to be replaced with apartments so the owners are being very lax.
