This room was great. Two bedroom , two bath suite. It had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner. Nice sized table, utensils, plates, fridge with working ice maker and a dishwasher. Stratford was the closest we could get to Yale for graduation weekend. It was a nice location, just down the road from Milford, a quaint town with cute restaurants and a fun little ice cream shop on the water. Love that it is right off the highway.
Love that it is right off the highway. But you feel like you are totally removed from the hustle bustle. There is a canal close to Long Beach you can see the ferry and other large boats coming and going. Shells galore; not so much on Short Beach. Loving history, there is an old cemetery that is great for taking "rubbings" and learning about those who helped settle the area. The air museums are very cool and there is a brewery that is worth the visit.Guest review byKathleen
