Loved the smaller boutique style. In a safe and quiet road within walking distance to the pier , restaurants and coffee shops . The pool was a bonus for sunny afternoons after the beach . Beds and pillows super comfortable. Lovely spacious room with a big couch. We also walked into Downtown which was about 20 minutes easy and flat walk. We stayed for 3 nights. We had concerns about the homeless in Santa Barbara but this location was great and never once felt threatened . The nice thing about being slightly off the main road is no traffic and noise and the pool is private .

    While the location is good, guests should be aware of traffic noise. Room did supply earplugs and "white noise" machine but not expected at $400+ per night. Bed and pillows are way to soft. Of course I am 4 years older now.

    Beautiful small beach town close to Montecito and Santa...

    Beautiful small beach town close to Montecito and Santa Barbara. Do the beaches and take a horseback ride on the beach. Great wine tasting just a walk away. Shops are great as well as the local dining choices. Perfect Romantic Getaway.

    Apartments were very well-appointed and grounds were exceptional. Gift baskets + drinks in the refrigerator were a very classy touch! It's less than a 4 minute walk into Summerland village, about a mile to Loon Point Beach, and right in between Carpinteria and Santa Barbara. Our host Natty checked in 2-3 times with us to make sure our stay was going well. It was! We are already discussing our next visit to this property. It's a wonderful place run by truly caring people.

    Beautiful property and just far enough away from downtown, but still a quick walk. Two levels of parking which worked out great for us. Continental breakfast was good and someone actually made us eggs and bacon! Welcome surprise. Lots of restaurants and gift shops

    Although the highway is in between the hotel and the ocean, the view of the ocean is incredible and makes for a really wonderful stay at the inn. The room is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.
