The staff was cordial and helpful. The sheets appeared to be clean after removing the dirty bedspread. This hotel is in a great location; it desperately needs attention and better management. I would gladly pay more if the facility was in better shape. It does not represent the Budget Inns franchises I have stayed at in the past.
