    I stayed for two days and it was perfect.

    I stayed for two days and it was perfect. It was after Labor day so out of tourist season. I think this was a better time since it was not so crowded. The local restaurants were very interesting and yummy. The locals were friendly and some were very talkative. I had a good time. Visited Tawas Point State Park and the Lighthouse. I had a great time. I plan to return with family and friends.

    We enjoyed the downtown shopping area.

    We enjoyed the downtown shopping area. We visited a couple of antique and resale stores. The people we met were very friendly. Several parks along Lake Huron, with things for children to play on, covered picnic tables and sidewalks to walk on.
