What I didn't like. I booked though you. I needed a room on the 1st floor. When I checked in the client said your room is on the 2nd floor there is no elevator. I asked her to change my room she informed I had to call booking.com. well once I crawled up the stairs on all fours to my room. I called you. So the next day I was moved to a room on the 1st floor. My understanding is when booking on line, you can't request a first floor room. Otherwise I liked your site, it's the first time I booked on line. I will gladly use you again. Ty

I love that Comfort Inn is near the Outlets and the Antique store. Also, love that it is near my sister. Everyone is friendly and kind. The room is super clean. If there were ever a problem, they would correct it. I had no problems at all while there. I was able to get into a room early. That was a nice bonus. Not very far to Brown County State Park and Nashville shops.
