    IT WAS A NICE TOWN AND IT WAS A NICE PLACE TO VISITE IT IS A GREAT STEPPING STONE TO KENNEDY SPACE CENTER AND THE OTHER AREAS, LIKE THE MERRITT ISLAND REFUGE IN FLORIDA WITH OUT THE HUSSEL OF THE LARGER CITIES.

    We had a suite on the fifth floor overlooking the river.

    We had a suite on the fifth floor overlooking the river. These are the best rooms for viewing any launches unless you go to the bar (where they stop serving drinks at 22:00). The rooms are well appointed with a fridge and microwave, and binoculars provided to use during your stay. Cleaning is every two days, and they provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the large walk-in shower. The swimming pool has a free towel service and a whirlpool. During our visit in August, the water temperature was very warm. Clientele is a mixture of business and families, and there was a touch doodle screen near the lifts where people left drawings / comments, which was quite entertaining. Plenty of good eateries within a 4 to 5 mile drive of the hotel.

    We love Titusville.

    We love Titusville. We've stayed there so many times that we know it quite well. Really like the choice of restaurants! As a birdwatcher I love the convenience of the Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge. We also love the Playalinda beach!

    We did not spend much time in Titusville, using it only as a location for access to Kennedy Space Centre, but driving through, it looked like there could be some interesting things to see if we had had more time. We were able to see (and hear) a rocket launch from the waterfront park while we were there.

    I was there to go on a cruise and visit the Kennedy Space Center. Titusville was convenient to both. It has a very nice, and walkable downtown with lots of dinning options. There is a park, also within walking distance, called "Spaceview Park", where you can watch rockets take off (and land!) over at the Kennedy Space Center.

    The facility was perfectly located for a visit to the space center. There was suppose to be a sattelite launch one of the nights we were there and we went to their viewing area. Unfortunately it was scrubbed at less than 2 minutes. The breakfast options were nicer than expected. It was a full, hot breakfast and the menu changed daily. The staff was so accomodating and cordial. The rooms and areas were spotless.

    The hotel, despite its age, is extremely clean. Friendly hotel staff. Special kudos to the wonderful lady taking care of the breakfasts area :-) The room was large, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom clean. There was a small fridge in the room along with a microwave. Parking lot in front of the hotel. Decent option for a few days if you are planning to visit Kennedy Space Center which is reachable in around 15 minutes by car from the hotel.

    I haven't stayed in a better hotel in the US. Great, modern, space-themed rooms, everything is thought-out. Awesome staff. The yard between the hotel and the ocean is beautiful. And Space Bar on the roof is super cool (especially if you want to see a launch) and affordable. Fitness center is great for a change, with amazing view.

    The A/C worked wonderful, the beds where clean, the shower function correctly with very hot water. the bathroom and towels were very clean. The hotel was full our second night of staying, but you would of never know other guest were there.
