Search hotels in Trout Lake, MI

There are few facilities in the town. Sadly the restaurant that looked like it offered some healthy food closed at 6.30pm so we missed out and had to eat at the other "restaurant" which is really a bar serving several types of stodgy hamburgers with overcooked fries.

Trout Lake is a very small town with 3 restaurants. We found them all to be pretty good, and especially liked McGowans, where we ate several times. Anyone looking for gourmet dining, nightlife, meals after 7 pm, or entertainment venues should go elsewhere. We loved it there, the quiet, the quaintness, the natural beauty -- but not for everyone.
