We stayed in the newly renovated Madam's Room, and it was not only huge but so well done with a mix of old and new. Plus, all the modern amenities we hoped for! We met one of the owners as we checked out, and she was so knowledgeable about the building and the town. Super friendly staff as well! Note: The "lobby" photo is the sitting area of the room. The "bathroom" photo is the tub outside the actual bathroom. The bathroom has a large waterfall shower, toilet, and sink. No hairdryer was available, so bring one if you need it!

Clean, comfortable, welcoming & very friendly! Tastefully decorated and fitted out. We had car problems and requested a late check out to wait for the tow truck. The staff were so accommodating to our family. We ended up staying a second night. Of all the places to be stuck, I’m so glad it was here.

Liked everything about this motel. From the crystal clear pool and hottub to the clean large rooms, even the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My favorite place to stay between the west coast and Central Montana.

Comfortable and relaxing place, well-stocked with all the necessities and more, very comfortable beds, walking distance to the gondola, responsive and friendly host. Community hot tub and sauna were enjoyed by all after a day of skiing. Also, a hidden bonus - a small hill next to the condo our kids used for sledding! Our family of 4 had a great time and I definitely hope to stay here again.

The community is friendly and walkable. Great shops, good historic tours, nice restaurants, fun pubs. 1910 Coffee does a great job. This is our 3rd overnight in 14 mos. We stayed at a different hotel property one time and it was also good.

Wallace is a small town where the whole thing is on the register of historic places. Some really good places to eat and some fine antique shopping. No new buildings, all old and historic. Great mine tour and don't forget to drive through the amazing Nine Mile Cemetery. This is a great place to come for the summer festivals, just make your reservation early.

Clean and beautiful historic little town tucked into the beautiful PNW forest. Friendly people everywhere. Not a lot of eating options but good food wherever we went. Although it is right off of I-90, it's quiet and so convenient if you needed to just spend one night while on a road trip. Staying longer gives you a lot of options for outdoor recreation which I highly recommend.

What a great community and very friendly and walkable.

What a great community and very friendly and walkable. So much history, mining, devastating fires of 1910 and bordello's. Several museums. Lots of great dining options. The 1910 Coffee Hut does a nice drive thru does an excellent job. Our evening meal was very nice at the Blackboard Restaurant, a nice bakery in the a.m. and Italian restaurant in the evening. We toured The Oasis, a bordello that operated until 1988. We overnighted at the Stardust Motel. An older property that has been updated. Well run and well kept. Exceptionally clean and very quiet. It was walkable to historic downtown for sightseeing and supper.

Wallace is an awesome little town that almost feels like a movie set opened to tourists. Its the center of the universe... that alone means ya gotta swing by. Its a great stop over. You can walk the town and poke your head in to all the shops in a hour our two so I think 1-2 nights max on the stay meeter. A great place if you going skiing on the boarder or traveling to or from Montana and need a layover.
